Bust a Move

10 sec. toes-in-hand position-check!

10 elevated push ups-check!

10 leg raises from side plank position-check!

10 push-ups -check!

Some call it yoga,
some called it boot-camp,
some call it body-weight training.

I call it Bust a move.
The easybreazy way to inject some exercise on those non-gym days.
No workout clothes,no yoga mats,no excuses.
Just fun.
And fresh air.

Make one of these days into
one of those days.

Bust a move.

Ain’t that the truth…

’If Only We Were Human’’
by George Carlin

These species is dear,hateful,sweet,barbaric,tender,vile,
thoughtful,perverted,generous,greedy species.
In short, great entertainment.

As I said before, humans are the only species that
systematically torture and murder it’s own for pleasure and personal gain .
In fact, we are the only species that systematically torture and murder it’s own, period.
We are serial killers.
All poems and symphonies and oils on canvas will never change that.
Man’s noble aspect is the aberration.
Those who argue that art and philosophy are proof of human worth
neglect to mention that,in the scheme we have devised
artists and philosophers are
completely powerless and largely without prestige.
Art, music, and philosophy are merely poignant examples of
what we might have been
had not the priests and traders gotten hold of us.

Most animals, when fighting one of their own,
will show aggressive behavior,
but very little hostility or intention to harm.
And when the outcome of the struggle is inevitable,
the losing animal will signal its defeat
by exposing its most vulnerable part to the victor,
affording it the opportunity to finish the kill.
The victor then walks away without inflicting further harm.

These are the creatures we feel superior to.

P.S. Want to call somebody a pig or an animal?…

Palate Cleanser

Here is something to cleanse the palate after all my poop posts.

The Road Not Taken
by Robert Frost

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I-
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Chew on THIS.

Chewing gum cold facts.Read and weep.

Ingredient #1:Gum base
“Gum base” is a blend of elastomers, plasticizers, fillers, and resin. Some of the other ingredients that go into this mix are polyvinyl acetate, which is frequently referred to as “carpenter glue” or “white glue”. Paraffin wax is another ingredient that is a byproduct of refined petroleum. Is chewing plastic, petroleum and rubber safe? As you chew, these substances leach into the mouth and body. Sweeeet.

Ingredient #2: Aspartame.
The controversy surrounding this substance is widespread. It is one of the most body toxic substances we can consume. The political corruption and money trail behind this agent of disease is a mile long. Aspartame has been linked to all of the major brain diseases including Alzheimer’s and ALS. It is also considered a prime contributor to many other diseases such as diabetes, multiple sclerosis, asthma, obesity, and many others. It is in many diet products on the market today, but in the long run actually contributes to obesity due to his extreme acidity. Aspartame is an excitotoxin, which over excites neurons in the brain until they burn out and die. Dr. Russell Blaylock is the leading expert on Aspartame and other excitotoxins and I would highly encourage you to see the documentary entitled “Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World”.

#3: Hydrogenated Coconut Oil and Starch.
Hydrogenation is chemical process that adds hydrogen across a double bonded carbon. This is done to increase the shelf life of a product, turning oil into a more plastic like substance. This process also creates Trans fats, which are now known to be very harmful to health.

Ingredient #4: Colors (titanium dioxide, blue 2 lake, red 40).
Titanium dioxide is a nanoparticle that is very common in sunscreen and many other health products, including synthetic nutritional supplements. New evidence is leading in the direction of this substance being carcinogenic, leading to cancer. We as humans are drawn to things that are colorful. Artificial food colorings, such as red 40, are made from petroleum and are dangerous to our health. Many people have extreme allergies to these substances and they have been implicated in contributing to ADD and other disorders and diseases.

Ingredient #5: Sorbitol, Xylitol, Mannitol, Maltitol.
These sugar alcohols are originally made from sugar, but are altered so much that they are considered sugar free. As a general rule, when nature is altered and changed to make a “better” product, more often than not, the result is something that is not healthy. Some even go so far as to say that these products are far worse than sugar and can stimulate weight gain. Other side effects can include abdominal pain and diarrhea. Is sugar alcohol better than sugar? Neither are good substances, so comparing the two is somewhat pointless.

Arguably one of the most toxic things you can buy.

How you feeling about putting some nice rubber and juicy plastic in your mouth today?
Yes, no, may be?

The straight on poop

The calm after  ”Chemical sh*t storm ”post or  just the gist on poop.

This by the way is printed and framed and hangs among many other creations in my library  toilet.
Even on the toilet,I like to keep my house guests educated.with useless trivia.
Hmm.That’s a good code name for pooping.
”Please, excuse me ,but I have do some Boomshakalaka asap”.
Boomshakalaka is the new # 2.
Number 2-mooove away(to #3?).
There is a new sherrif in town (rhymes with brown).

Chemical Sh*t Storm

Are you full of sh*t?

Chances are you are, if you eat food ,engineered in a lab, instead of nature.
Think of a chemical sh*t-storm,whenever you see the following words on a food product:

Sugar-free –
Instead of sugar ,there are variety of sweet tasting carcinogenic chemicals added.
*High Fructose corn syrup
*Agave Nectar

Artificial flavorings- a sneaky mix of chemicals that will trick your brain into thinking you are eating something healthy.
*MSG-Monosodium Glutamate
*Potassium bromate.
*Sodium Nitrite and Sodium Nitrate

Artificial food coloring-anything with number after-Blue 1,Red 40 Yellow 5,etc.,etc.

Natural flavoring – A teeny-weeny drop of lemon or something added to the chemical crap .

Low-fat –instead of fat, there is an added chemical cocktail that is worse than fat ever was.
*Trans-fats or partially hydrogenated vegetable oil.

To Be or not to be (full of sh*t).
The choice is yours.

D.I.Y. Home Decoration

I am OB.SE.SSED with all things stones, mirrors , mosaics and vintage colored glass.I just can’t help it.
They give warmth and illusion of space, especially in a small house.
I put them on my clothes-see above,on our walls, kitchen, bedroom, washroom, living room.
No mirror and wall is safe from me,armed with stones, grout, glue gun, spatula, and hammer.
Here is what I did  to my kitchen wall.

I found this brand new vintage faucet in a thrift store and glued it to the wall for more pizzazz.

A simple clock after some easybreazy makeover

A white mirrored tray painted green, huge white  mug-mosaiced with shells and broken china,
tons of glass stones, just scattered in plates.

Big glass jar filled with small green jar+stones.Top -glass plate with glued stones.

”In THIS economy ”tips-
1.I keep my broken china and vases for mosaics making.
My hammer loves it-and so am I.Need to let the steam?
Bang away them broken plates and puff-the stress is gone.Art therapy the easybreazy way.
(Bang with caution though-use an old towel to wrap the bangees first.)
2.I buy most of  my mirrors and vintage glass jar in a thrift shops or in bulk.
Loving the process of picking old, dusty pieces people has thrown
and thinking what I can do with them…
It’s part of the thrill for me.The one-man-garbage-thing ,you know.
One man’s garbage is another man’s treasure.
