Easybreazism or word of the day

Goo-goo-ga-ga – crazy,swoon,liking something to death,total admiration
As in goo-ga -Overkill. Excessive shiz. Way way way too much. Ridiculously overdone,
but with more punch.
For instance :The crowd went goo-goo-ga-ga over Lady Ga-ga new look.(Ha-ha,too easy example, but you get my point.)
Also used as a verb, or exclamation.

Post Christmas Cleansing Routine

Sh*t happens.
But when it doesn’t, there is always Toilet yoga.

What has the world come to

What has the world come to

I accidentally stumbled on that gem of a information, while battling mild food poisoning brought to me by my hubby’s
relatives christmas meal.
As if I needed one more reason not to be too goo-goo-ga-ga over
-visiting them
-christmas in general.

Aaaa,the more you know…

Always Remember The Greatest Wonder Of Them All

A group of students were asked to list what they thought were the present Seven Wonders of the World. Though there was some disagreement, the following got the most votes:
1. Egypt’s Great Pyramids
2. Taj Mahal
3. Grand Canyon
4. Panama Canal
5. Empire State Building
6. St. Peter’s Basilica
7. China’s Great Wall
While gathering the votes, the teacher noted that one quiet student hadn’t turned in her paper yet. So she asked the girl if she was having trouble with her list. The girl replied, “Yes, a little. I couldn’t quite make up my mind because there were so many.” The teacher said, “Well, tell us what you have, and maybe we can help.”
The girl hesitated, then read, “I think the Seven Wonders of the World are:
1. to touch
2. to taste
3. to see
4. to hear

She hesitated a little, and then added…
5. to feel
6. to laugh
7. and to love

The room was so full of silence you could have heard a pin drop.
Those things we overlook as simple and “ordinary” are truly wondrous.
A gentle reminder that the most precious things in life cannot be bought.

P.S.The sweet picture above was taken from my husband to show me how we gonna be in 20 years time. While walking around, he saw these adorable couple, who even old with walkers was still holding each other and you can see their love beaming. One of the sweetest and most touching things.

Daily (Diurnalis) Poem -Courage by Wish Belkin

When evening comes the shadows grow, as the sun begins to set.
Take care that you don’t come to know, a thing that’s called regret.
Not what you try or what you do, throughout a carefree youth.
It’s what you don’t you’ll come to rue, when time reveals it’s truth.

There is wisdom to be had from mistaken words and acts.
You’ll find that failure’s not so bad, it strengthens you in fact.
Rejection’s fear or the fear of failure, that paralizes you.
Is the stuff of tears and that which keeps you dreams from coming true.

It takes a certain kind of nerve to tell someone you care.
But then nature tends to serve the person who would dare.
Bravery isn’t something you can cultivate from seed.
It must be conjured up anew each time that there’s a need.

So take these words and hold them close, it’s certain you’ll find that,
one second of courage to speak from the heart will result in you hearing them back.

by Wish Belkin’s ”Diurnalis”

P.S. And that was the diurnalis poem (the daily poem, the poem of the day)
My new favorite word -diurnalis-from latin -daily

Daily poem

Where the sidewalk ends

by Shel Silverstein
There is a place where the sidewalk ends
And before the street begins,
And there the grass grows soft and white,
And there the sun burns crimson bright,
And there the moon-bird rests from his flight
To cool in the peppermint wind.

Let us leave this place where the smoke blows black
And the dark street winds and bends.
Past the pits where the asphalt flowers grow
We shall walk with a walk that is measured and slow,
And watch where the chalk-white arrows go
To the place where the sidewalk ends.

Yes we’ll walk with a walk that is measured and slow,
And we’ll go where the chalk-white arrows go,
For the children, they mark, and the children, they know
The place where the sidewalk ends.

Golden eyes meets the all- leather dark knight meets furry monkey creative outfit

I was born in the year of the monkey,so it’s only natural that everything shiny  and gold-y and and glimmering catches my attention.
But of course!Even if it’s in a hardware store and it’s supposed to be a door handle part.Technically speaking , these shiny golden metal rings are called escutcheons, but I rather call them golden eyes. I don’t discriminate by assigned purpose. One man door handle is another monkey- love- golden eye outfit. With just a touch of  urban industrial.

Golden eye leather outfit

The minute I lay my eyes on these ”golden eyes” I knew that they can be perfect for my dark-knight all leather skirt and a jacket.

Golden eye skirt

First I attached them by hand on my leather skirt, using leather needle and strong tread.

Also added some ”love” in the mix-in a form of an wide elastic belt with golden letters

Golden cap

Next came an old vinyl gold coaster which I cut with pinking shears and sew in the middle and sides of a simple black cap.
Followed by the 2 golden eyes, or more like golden horns-ha,monkey with horns?

Golden eye hat

My Credo -Here is To The Crazy Ones by Jack Kerouac

Jack Kerouac favorite quote

Jack Kerouac favorite quote

Here’s to the crazy ones.
The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers.
The round pegs in the square holes.
The ones who see things differently.
They’re not fond of rules.
And they have no respect for the status quo.

You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them,
disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them.
About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them.
Because they change things.
They invent. They imagine.
They heal. They explore. They create. They inspire.
They push the human race forward.
Maybe they have to be crazy.

How else can you stare at an empty canvas and see a work of art?
Or sit in silence and hear a song that’s never been written?
Or gaze at a red planet and see a laboratory on wheels?
While some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.

Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world,
are the ones who do…
