Yes,I just did that.
And it was A-blast.
So fun and sweaty.
Highly recommend is as a part if tabata training or high intensity training.
I did it on 15 incline with 3 km/hour speed.
Beware that when you get off you have to be very carefull not  to let the machine propel you forward.

I just got my hands on 2 huuuge crates of kiwi’s from my local fruit-dealer.
A great budget deal,since it’s a bulk buy and also kiwis were soft-ish and not picture perfect.
Here is what I did to them,after 2 hours of slavery in the kitchen.

Here are the naked,peeled sweeties,ready to be popped in my freezer.Divided in individual plastic bags,they will last roughly till october.They are a nice addition to my daily green creation.Since I don’t put water in my green smoothie,I need some high watery fruit to add instead,so my blender doesn’t explode and blends without stuttering.Here is why you should include this ”sunny peach”(the original name for kiwis),in your raw food life:

But what about the unsung, non-commercial,non-profitable,humble,cheap heroes of the killer nutrition,who deserve major exposure.?Oh, the unjustice!
So I am trying to right this wrong and  counterstriking by doing my own non-marketable food ”com-mercial”.Make that non-mercial.

The watermelon.
Watermelons are full of Water(Duh!).Dietary Fiber,.Niacin. Vitamin B6 and folate.Vitamin A.Vitamin C. Potassium.Low in calories,easily digestible.
All in all, an easybreazy fruit.
Great as a juice,blended, or on it’s on.Simply a cleansing King.One of my favorite fruits to use during cleanses.

I always eat it alone or blended with mint leaves.I rather blend,than juice, so I preserve the precious fiber.

I just got this gorgeous strawberries from a local growers and my whole kitchen smells like summer bliss.
You know you got the real thing, when the fruit smells the way it’s suppose to smell,taste like heaven,and every fruit is different size and shape and has a bright, ripened by the sun color.A sun-fruit.
As opposite to all-uniform,big and picture-perfect fruit.
Big,uniformed,same colored,same size,non-smelling  equals cosmetic fruit.

A Barbie-fruit.A package over substance.It’s nice to look at,but doesn’t do much nutrition wise and taste like rubber.A chemically -drenched fruit.

Go for the Sun-fruit.
A health-perfect and not always picture-perfect fruit.
Perfection usually is inside,skin deep.
Seek it.
Even if it takes cracked hands and dirty nails to dig it.

The daily ”Chew on this”-say no to non- bio-degradable food

My rule is ”If you wanna live long,don’t eat food which takes long to decompose…”
Well, funny enough, dead food takes reaaaly long to decompose.Here is ”food” for thought.Via Daily mail.

Say yes to real food.And you don’t have to be vegan, or vegetarian.
